Extended Christmas Returns
To make Christmas shopping easier, we’re extending our standard 30-day return period for Christmas gifts. For any orders placed from November 13, 2024, you’ll have until January 8, 2025, to return items if needed. Orders placed after December 20, 2024, will follow our regular 30-day return policy. Free Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zeon Golf. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it for free within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, simply log in to the returns portal on our website which you can find at the bottom of our website named 'Returns & Exchange Portal' and follow the instructions provided. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. We'll issue you with a prepaid shipping label to return your order, once we've received and inspected the returned item we will process the refund.
Free Exchanges
To initiate a exchange, simply log in to the returns portal on our website which you can find at the bottom of our website named 'Returns & Exchange Portal' and follow the instructions provided. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. We'll issue you with a prepaid shipping label to return your order and once we've received and inspected the returned item we will send you your exchanged order.
Please note that any exchanges are subject to availability, and we may not be able to guarantee the same product or size. If the item you'd like to exchange is not available, we'll issue you a refund instead.
