Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zeon Golf. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, simply log in to the returns portal on our website which you can find at the bottom of our website named 'Returns & Exchange Portal' and follow the instructions provided. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. We'll issue you a refund once we've received and inspected the returned item.

Please note that any shipping costs associated with your return will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

To initiate a exchange, simply log in to the returns portal on our website which you can find at the bottom of our website named 'Returns & Exchange Portal' and follow the instructions provided. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. We'll issue you with a prepaid shipping label to return your order and once we've received and inspected the returned item we will send you your exchanged order. 

Please note that any exchanges are subject to availability, and we may not be able to guarantee the same product or size. If the item you'd like to exchange is not available, we'll issue you a refund instead.
