We use Royal Mail, DPD and Evri for all UK & International orders. All orders made before 10am will be shipped on the same day and tracking will be provided on all orders, to ensure you’re kept up-to-date with your order. Orders made after 10am will be shipped on the next working day.

In the instance of a failed delivery, customers are advised to check the progress of their parcel as it may have been re-routed to the nearest depot. As all deliveries are tracked, should the item not be delivered by the due date plus 7 working days, please advise the Zeon team and we shall look to claim compensation on your behalf.
